Palm tree” wall lamps Maison Jansen

The Christian Téchoueyres workshops for Maison Jansen in Paris, very rare pair of “Palmier” wall sconces.

• Thick solid brass blades, screwed and tin-soldered, work from the early 1970s.
• Sturdy assembly, the lamps have not been moved for almost 50 years, very nice condition.
• 4 lights per wall lamp (E14 screw-in light fixtures)
• The wall lamps were thoroughly degreased in a bath, and their surfaces reconditioned in our restoration workshop.
• The sconces sometimes show normal wear and tear such as slight deformation of the leaves, or a “gun barrel” patina.
