1970s Murano ceiling light – Blown glass with inclusions

This round glass ceiling light from the 1970s is distinguished by its blown glass dome, traversed by inclusions and white flecks trapped within the material. When lit, it reveals the full richness of its glasswork: the light passes through the varying thicknesses of the glass, highlights the inclusions, and creates warm illumination animated by subtle depth effects.

A luminous vintage ceiling light, compact and easy to install

With its diameter of 41.5 cm and height of only 11 cm, this fixture combines strong decorative presence with minimal footprint. It is particularly suited to rooms where generous lighting is desired without installing a pendant drop.

Its three E27 bulbs provide general lighting suited to a living room, bedroom, entrance hall, or corridor. The glass dome with white inclusions helps diffuse and soften the light while reducing direct view of the bulbs. Its low height is also an advantage in interiors with relatively low ceilings.

Fixed to its gilt metal mount by three brass screws, this ceiling light is designed for straightforward installation and can also be wall-mounted, becoming a large wall sconce.
