Small round Murano glass ceiling light for compact spaces
With a 32 cm diameter and a height limited to 12 cm, this small ceiling light from Italy is particularly well suited to spaces where a large-format fixture would feel too imposing. It fits naturally in an entryway, hallway, bedroom, small living room, or any room where low ceiling height calls for unobtrusive lighting.
Its dome in Murano glass, very thick and deeply textured, nonetheless concentrates a strong decorative presence within a compact volume. The pronounced relief of the glass and the crystals set on its inner face multiply reflections when the four bulbs are lit.

Light passes through the glass’s deep texture and reflects off the brass base, accentuating its relief.
A compact ceiling light that retains a strong decorative presence
The solid brass base and the three rods running through the glass enhance the fixture’s precious character without weighing down its silhouette. The pairing of gilded brass and textured glass is characteristic of many Italian lights from the 1970s.
Its format makes it ideal wherever a large Murano glass ceiling light would feel out of proportion. In a larger room, several fixtures of similar size can also be used to create a regular rhythm while keeping a low projection from the ceiling.
Despite its compact dimensions, its four light sources allow the thick glass to fully reveal its embossing and the crystals on its inner surface. Unlit, the fixture retains the sculptural presence of its glasswork; lit, it casts a light punctuated by countless reflections within the thickness of the glass.
