This bar stool model combines a chrome tubular frame with a riveted cognac leather seat and backrest, in an aesthetic characteristic of 1960s and 1970s French modernist furniture. The sober design, the visual lightness of the metal frame, and the use of tan leather recall certain models associated with the world of Charlotte Perriand and Les Arcs furniture.
These stools are regularly attributed to Charlotte Perriand due to their stylistic proximity to the seating produced for the Les Arcs ski resort in Savoie, although they feature different finishes from the most iconic models edited by Steph Simon, notably the absence of saddle-stitched leather.
Their high seat and compact structure allow for seamless integration into a kitchen, bar, restaurant, or contemporary interior, while maintaining the functional and warm spirit of post-war French modernist furniture.
The price indicated is for the set of three pieces, sold together.
