1970s Wall Sconces with Exceptional Proportions
Produced by Sische Leuchten in the 1970s and 80s, this pair of solid brass luminaires is distinguished by its long geometric lines and textured glass globes, partially enveloped by a polished brass reflector.

The glass globe features two finishes: one half in granular transparent glass, the other covered with a thick layer of white glass.
Initially conceived as floor lamps, these pieces, when repurposed as wall sconces, acquire a particularly striking architectural dimension. Their 360° adjustable globes allow for modulated light diffusion while playing on the contrast between the glass’s transparency and the metal’s golden reflections.
Their sculptural presence makes them a particularly compelling choice for the design of a restaurant, bar, guesthouse, or contemporary interior, where they can transcend their lighting function to become true decorative elements.
