• Edouard Wilfrid Buquet, double-balanced floor lamp in nickel-plated steel, a variant of the “Lampe Equilibrée”, designed in 1927.
• The original catalog refers to it as “Type SS” (for Sur Sol), and also included its inverted ceiling-mounted equivalent (Type P) and a wall-mounted variant (Type M).
• A.M.L Licht & Design, publisher (A.M.L Balanstrasse 9 Munich.), of very high quality, it appears in this exact configuration of finish and wiring in Andrea Luperger’s brochure “La Lampe Equilibrée”, Self-published circa 1980.
• Standard bayonet lampholder, bulb included.
• The original comparable model is published in: Charlotte & Pieter Fiell, 1000 Lights, vol. 1, Cologne 2005, p. 245.
